Operations & Facilities Committee

The Operations & Facilities Committee is responsible for working with TOS staff to manage our historic and iconic building. When something breaks or is in need of immediate attention, we advise on how to proceed with repair work by reviewing budgets, quotes and vendor proposals. We also support the long-term vision for our facilities including preventive maintenance strategy, capital improvements planning and historic preservation activities. We welcome new members who are interested in supporting our stewardship of our special building.
