HomeBASE (Afterschool)

HomeBASE is an innovative out-of-school-time program that provides high-quality afterschool care for children in the Public Schools of Brookline, from Kindergarten through 5th grade. Based out of Temple Ohabei Shalom on Beacon Street, HomeBASE takes pride in addressing the social and emotional needs of children while also providing fun, enriching programming that helps our students grow and learn.

Our typical day runs from the end of school until final pick-up at 5:30. Once at our facility, our students will have the chance to eat snack and relax after school in their classroom, and then have the option of participating in our daily enrichment activities, which can include themed art projects, science experiments, outdoor sports and play, music time, drama games…you name it! Our teachers love to learn and play, and programming will be catered to both their skills and the interests of the students.
